This was my first time bringing my Rover in for minor maintenance. It was during a snow storm and the department was booked. Shinee Lafluer, a representative in this department was able to get me right in. She made the experience easy and carefree. She told me over the phone what to bring in and how long it would probably take. She greeted us with a smile and made the process go quickly. Thank you Shinee and service department!
Service advisor was very customer focus, professional, explained and provided right guidance for the service of my vehicle. The service was done in a reasonable time while I waited and was performed to my satisfactory level.
After attempting 3 times to get an appointment and leaving messages I gave up and went in... I met Shinee and was amazing!!! She helped explain everything to me, the history of my vehicle and helped me understand the root cause of the issues I was having.
Good customer service. Car service did take a little longer then expected. I made a reservation a week prior to appointment. They offered an Uber but no loaner car.
Straight forward and easy to deal with. No hard sell tactics. No pressure. No rush.. Derrick was great, answered all of my questions. I absolutely love my new rover discovery sport!!!!
took care of my repair as soon as possible my only negative is that there are no parts locally and i had to pay extra to have parts sent faster
We have had an on-going issue with transmission surges at low RMP (1500) since the beginning of owning our 2016 Ranger Rover Sport. We have had our vehicle in the Lynnwood service shop several times. Thus far, the issue has not been resolved. Our last service writer was extremely helpful and listened thoroughly to our explanation; and I do believe she tried harder than the past service techs to resolve the issue.
Sally is very helpful & any questions I have she will go out of her way to find the answers... thanks Sally for always looking after me!
From the outstanding sales consultant (Jay Harris, Sr., thank you!) to the incredibly patient and understanding finance director (Mel Carroll you are a joy and pleasure); this was a smooth, efficient transaction. They treated us with dignity, respect and consideration. I was so thrilled with my Velar, they helped me purchase "Betty" and helped me find a second car within my budget at the same time. We found them by way of using their helpful and efficient service department, which led us to switch dealers. We are delighted we did! (Oh and the surprise picture at the end was a treat -- thanks for being in on it!)
--Shinee Lafleur found me a loaner car to use over the weekend when my car needed an emergency repair. All work and tow completely covered. Very satisfied with how the situation was handled.
