I hate the car shopping experience. I would rather do my taxes, and your taxes, and your grandma's dirty linens before entering a car dealership. I hate the pressure-to-buy attitudes, and the "What do I have to do to get you in this car" question. One day I'm going to tell someone who asks me that, "You know what? If you learn French in two hours while juggling some baby tigers I will consider buying it today." I hate that most car salesmen smoke and smell like smoke during the test drive and that most look like they are about to keel over from the stress of their job. I don't care if you smoke, but test driving in what may be my new car isn't a great experience when you reek up the place with the smell of Menthols. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed buying a car. Kendall Leslie was our saleswoman and she was amazing. First, she let me look around, BY MYSELF. Attention all car salesmen: Stop following us. Let us look around! It's creepy and stalker-y. I looked around and didn't buy anything that day. Kendall was fine & didn't try to pressure me. I came back two weeks later. Kendall took us for a test drive, answered questions and was just super helpful. She never once made me feel like I had to buy. In the end, we bought a 2016 Discovery even though our eyes were set on an Evoque. This was out of Kendall's recommendation because she thought we'd need more space given the size of our family and our activities. She was right. She negotiated a fair price and we drove away without buyer's remorse. Here's the kicker: the next day we saw that the wheel and tire had been damaged. I knew there was no way this happened after we bought it, so I contacted the dealership to see if they would fix it. They agreed to fix it at no cost. They didn't have to do this but they wanted us to feel good about our purchase. I can buy a car anywhere, but my ultimate decision to buy a Land Rover wasn't just because I love the brand; it's because of the service I received. Thank to Kendall and her team for their professional, friendly service with a test drive that didn't smell like a cigarette.
The service dept is top notch. If you have Gabe, he will take good care of you. He has set the bar for customer service. If you ever want to purchase a car, ask for Mel. He is the best.

He spent a lot of time showing me a lot of different models and explaining the differences. When I decided on what I wanted he found the exact car I was looking for.
