The people are all great. Our sales person David Kennedy was wonderful and everyone from the receptionist, the finance manager and the site manager we're very nice and knowledgeable. We're very happy with the deal. The only negative is that we still do not have a good understanding of all the features of the vehicle due to the Covid-19 interaction restrictions and the difficulty setting up the online account and interactions.

Under the COVID-19 restrictions my overall experience was excellent! I waited about 2 hours for financing but there was nothing they could do because of the restrictions. And they let me drive a Dodge Viper. Great and professional dealership.

If you are considering a Jaguar one of the things you need to factor into the cost of ownership is that you are not just buying a stellar automobile, you are also buying stellar service. For example, I recently got a flat on our 2019 Sportbrake. We had the car back in our garage within 24hrs, cleaned and with a repaired tired. All of which was included in Jaguar roadside assistance and service. As a comparison, when I got a flat on my VW last year, I didn't see the car for a week, and it cost me $400. Truly no nonsense ...
Good company, my only tif would be the loan or paperwork dept. I’ve rarely spent more than 30 minutes to complete loans significantly larger than this. Yet 2 1/2 hours and we still were not done and that’s with a letter of credit from my bank. So constructive criticism, you need to figure how to do this better. Honestly you almost lost this sale, not because your staff didn’t do their job, but my patience’s had pretty much run out.
