I highly recommend this dealer and to work with Sergey Makhanov at the LR Bellevue location. Sergey was transparent and did his best to make sure we could work out a deal that aligned with my finances. Long story short, i ended up getting a great certified pre-owned Range Rover Sport with incredibly low miles. They also bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the wheels on the vehicle. When you get to the shop, just ask for Sergey Makhanov in sales, he'll take care of you from there, trust me.
As a first time visitor to Land Rover Seattle - I had a lot of questions. Sebastian was really helpful and patient as I learned the differences between the models. After my first visit, follow-ups were timely without being pushy. Once we agreed on the basics of the deal to purchase - I then worked with Taylor in Finance. She was also very helpful and clearly explained Warrant options. I ended up with a car I love at a price that was competitive....definitely a better overall experience than I've ever had with a car dealership. Kudos to the whole Team!
I greatly appreciate the flexibility of the Service staff. I was concerned with alignment in addition to the oil change and, having checked it, was informed it was within limits. Additionally, the work they did do was on time and the staff were very professional and communicative on the status of when the car would be available for pick up.
Shinee provided a high level of service from the loaner to regular updates on the status of my warranty repair. Thank you Shinee it was worth the drive up from Seattle.
Our experience at this dealership was excellent. Sebastian and Mel were outstanding and helped make the process move along quickly and without issue. We hadn't anticipated getting a new vehicle but an unexpected shunt put us suddenly on the market and this dealership did their very best to listen to our purchasing goals and worked with those in mind.
long story short, I made an offer on a used car, the salesman and the sales manager wouldnt tell me what the numbers were, I asked for a full break down of sale price, tax and lic fees. they kept playing games and refused to tell me. I ended up getting some info and bought the car. Turns out they under charged me on the lic fees by $200 and now want me to pay that or they wont give me the plates to my car. I work in the industry and I know they have the ability to look up exactly what my tabs cost would be, before the sale. They choose to undercharge me and now want me to pick up the difference a month after the sale. Pretty shady if you ask me.

The Jaguar staff are always great - but I can't believe there was no setup for a car wash and quick detail after the service, due to construction? Why does a returning customer get hit with less service (no car wash or detail) due to the business' decision to make the dealership look better (remodel)? My past experience with higher end cars - dealerships want my car to look good leaving the lot. I am a walking ad. So a little disappointed in that management decision to not provide the usual higher quality service. I am sure there is a way to get your service cars washed and vacuumed even with the construction.
My wife and I went to another dealership but the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as he should have been. Here, every one we spoke with knew what they were talking about and very friendly and professional. I Will definitely recommend Mo and Sean for your next purchase.
